Magnolia Trace

I was charged $417 for an application fee that I cancelled the same day because I could not get anyone on the phone to help me. When I finally got someone on the phone they rudely hung up on me. I would not recommend this apartment complex. Please dont fill out an application online because if you cancel for any reason you will be charged for numerous fees.

I put in an application but the same day I also found another place much closer to where I work. I canceled the application for Magnolia and closed on the other apartment listing I was after. Two days later I get charged $200 for Magnolia. I also got a phone call from them and I told them again, I found somewhere else and that I canceled my application with Magnolia. Following day, I get an email wanting me to send some documents so my application could be approved. Again I told them I canceled that application and wanted my money back which according to their terms was refundable. Then they emailed back saying it was past the listed 72 hour deadline. Re-read their terms, there's no deadline to withdraw and application and now they won't answer or give me my money back. I would never recommend this place to anyone just based on my encounter with them right off the start.

Very nice place. Very clean and well kept. I would feel safe staying here. Staff very helpful and courteous.

Communication skills are horrible!

So much for towing the old car away, it was returned the next day. Management can not get it together. One tell something completely opposite then the other. They show no interest in answering simple questions. The apartment is fine but there do not seem to be any rules that are enforced. Very disappointed.

I JUST RECENTLY MOVED IN AND THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THERE WAS AN ABANDONED OLDER CAR PARKED IN FRONT OF MY APARTMENT, making the apartment complex look very bad. But as I was:debating on complaing about it, I was sitting here this morning and I heard a loud noise. Amen, it was a tow truck towing the the abandoned vehicle away. Thanks to the management of whoever made this happen. I feel so much better now Thank you
