The Lofts of Prospect Point is a wonderful place to live! I have lived her for 8 years and cant imagine being anywhere else. It is a peaceful, quiet, private, and safe neighborhood for my children. The grounds are beautiful. We are surrounded by lakes, trails, trees, and flowers. The Lofts has a dog park, playground, a clean and well kept swimming pool, and a basketball court. The grounds are kept well and attractive . There are many amenities that other apartment complexes do not offer. The property manager, Sharon, is the greatest! Shes friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Issues are resolved quickly and fairly. Troy, our maintenance expert is pleasant, efficient, and fast. Ive never seen such quick respondence to service issues before. I cant say enough positive things about the management and staff at The Lofts. Its our little piece of Heaven tucked away in Villa Hills.

I enjoy the walking paths and lakes. The entire area is beautiful. My apartment has been recently renovated and I enjoy my stainless steel appliances and having a washer and dryer is a huge plus. In addition to the great location, renovated apartment, the management is amazing. Rookwood Properties' on-site manager Sharon does a fantastic job of ensuring maintenance issues (have had only one in 2 yrs) are promptly taken care of and makes this complex a place you will enjoy living in. My neighbors are great, I am really happy here and highly recommend it.

No diversity. One sided and cheap renovations. You can hear a pin drop and still be crucified for it. Beautiful, Beautiful scenery and location, perfect for pet owners and older citizens. The most uncomfortable place Ive ever lived as a young black woman would not recommend for people who look like me.

Great landscape, two beautiful lakes, walking paths, and friendly community. Pet friendly, perfect for an apartment renter with K9 companions.

BEAUTIFUL, PEACEFUL, AND QUIET! THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, KIND, AND CARING. I TRULY LOVE THE LOFTS! IT REALLY FEELS LIKE HOME TO ME.

Ive lived at The Lofts for almost 10 years. The management is amazing! Sharon is friendly and knowledgeable and always happy to help. The apartments are clean and well maintained. Its surrounded by lakes and trees and wildlife. The area is private and peaceful. I would highly recommend The Lofts!!
