What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Versailles

My neighborhood is less that 5 minutes from I 75, which makes it great location wise. There closest restaurant is Arbys. There is a gas station nearby. However, you have to trace to go to to the grocery store.

I can walk to the park next door with my dogs. I can also walk downtown ti the monthly block parties

Our area is unique because we are able to drive in 4 different directions to reach 4 different cities in 10 minutes or less. The neighbors all know each other by name and treat each other like family. We have the perfect balance of country acreage and city nearby.

Woodford County Schools are great and the Elementry school staff is amazing. I like being away from all the hustle and bustle of town, but I can be anywhere I want to shop or eat in 20 minutes or less
