What Renters Like and Dislike About Simpsonville

It is close to a nice park with a community facility. We have many corner stores where I'm familiar with the staff.

I like my neighborhood because the water is known to be the most clean compared to other areas. I also like how it's close to the places that I like to shop at. I also like that it's quiet most of the time since we are not on the main road

New businesses are popping up every day with a focus on black and women owned. We are getting a new waterfront park and amphitheater. Close to good restaurants and entertainment. Close to the highways. No HOAs.

A lot corner stores. A barber shop is nearby. Both my jobs are close. What makes my neighborhood unique is

The neighbors are friendly and helpful. It is close to many well known stores and restaurants. I usually venture out of my neighborhood to go shopping.

My neighborhood is a tight knit community. People look out for and care about each other. We love our local businesses and marketplaces and like to see them thrive.
