What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Shively

First thing I like live about my neighborhood is it's quiet it's flat it is relatively well lit but not lighting up your house most if not all of the properties are about the same about an acre so so it's definitely good to for a space it's right next to a major highway right next to US interstate but off of those two places to where we don't get caught up

It's a roof over my head. Not too great but that's life. More lights for safety reasons. More police presence

Store's I can walk to and I can get a private walk in with myself and don't have to worry about noone but me and my god

There is nothing unique. It's a subdivision in the city. Any "unique" business is a drive across the city.

Outside parks love peace at times caring neighbors I can trust packages being safe left on the porch where we can walk down streets no robing no killings no gun violences around

SHively is one of the better neighborhoods in Louisville because it more of the middle class citizen residing their and raising their children. It is about 15-20 mins to anywhere in Louisville or Southern Indiana
