From the initial tour to moving and to now, the office staff have been more the helpful. They have the nicest people I have had the pleasure to deal with.

1. They indicate their residence as "upscale" and although it is brand new the materials used when building this complex are cheap and incomplete... we have had a work order open since we moved in and it has still not been addressed.
2. The complex refuses to sign an agreement with cable and internet companies, so we are stuck using 3rd party companies that do not even have local or tristate offices.
3. I have several more but there is a word limit on this site

There is no grass (unless you are one of the privileged ones that got sod laid around your building because it is the first thing people see when they come in) only dry cracked earth and sporadic weeds. Since there is no grass when it rains I must walk my dog in mud. The parking lot and grounds has trash lying in it for many days before anyone (many times me or other residents) picks it up. It seems some people are given special privileges that others are not.
