What Renters Like and Dislike About Park Hills

Centeally located and easy access to all areas of town. Quiet neighborhood with direct access to trail system. Nice neighbors.

Community, town, neighbors, we love going to the local bars right outside of the bigger city it feels like a small town community but it is a bigger town close to a major city. It just feels I like home at the local restaurants and bars.

My neighborhood is very quiet with not much traffic. The neighbors are all super friendly and watch out for each other. It is not walkable to stores or restaurants, but it is only a short drive to coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants along with the local mall. There are also numerous fitness centers nearby.

Close enough to cities and close to restaurants, grocery stores. Lots of parks, all the malls are about 10-15 minute drive from our house.

Lots of family, lots of people, stores are nearby so it's walkable. There is plenty of fest and fairs to join or go to during the summer time
