Bourbon Trace Apartments, Phase I & II

I would like to live here because it seems to be nestled back in here all by its self. Would be great for kids to play but the amenities well there are none there is a gated place for bikes and a what used to be a kids playground the swings were all broken. The property itself was ok it had a few benches out front to sit on. There are 2 different types of buildings some all brick and some with brick and siding the brick ones look a bit cleaner the ones with siding look newer if the the siding was cleaned. Also I looked in the laundry mat that is on property there were several people in there they said that it's hard to catch washers and dryers open. It seemed to look pretty clean. So yes I would live here just wished there were better/more amenities or at least fix the one they have. It's close to Walmart and the bypass. Also walking distance to the largest employer in Paris.
