What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Nicholasville

It is quiet with friendly neighbors. Area has a lot of trees which helps with privacy. As said previously it has a regular police presence and is also very close to stores and schools.

quiet, safe and friendly. Churches are nearby and so are good schools. Many eating places nearby and a good hockey team

I like to walk, the streets are clean, there are some hills and the people are friendly. There are nearby restaurants and shopping.

I like that the neighborhood kids play outside. I like that I can take my daughter for walks around the block.

It's run down and not a good place to live. It needs less people in and around the streets. Less drugs

It's close to stores and restaurants. Also close to colleges. Has good local food places and local sports teams. Also close to lakes for fishing
