Wonderful place to live. Clean, safe, friendly. Stunning views of the city. Oversized pool. The apartments feel more like a house to me than an apartment. Plenty of room for our family. Its everything you could ever want & more.

Alane and Shelby are great! They made my transition to Kentucky very smooth. Without having the opportunity to travel to Cincinnati prior to moving, Shelby and Alane was very thorough and helpful in educating me on the city of Cincinnati. I love my apartment and Aspen Pines and maintenance staff was always very fast to address any concern I had. I highly recommend renting from Aspen Pines

I really liked living here. It is a great location, the maintenance people are always super fast and kind and the pool is really nice. I would have stayed longer but they raised rent every year I renewed my lease. I thought they would be a little more accommodating last year since finances were harder with COVID but they were not willing to work with me. It made me realize they are a large property management and don't necessarily care to keep good tenants they just want more money.
