Didnt tell me they would keep 200 dollars if I wasn't qualified. Lived in lyndon 2 years rent on time pay way more than here and wasn't good enough for them.plus 80,000 income

While we apologize that we could not accommodate your housing needs at this time, we find this review is not an accurate representation of the events that occurred. Non-refundable fees, like application fees, are standard throughout the market. We wish you luck in your housing search.


I do not recommend this apartment. No matter what you have your thermostat set to, its still too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter because there windows are crappy and leak when it rains and dont close all the way. And when we call the maintance people come to fix it, all they did was take a hammer and bang the window down. It still has air coming in and and you cant open it now unless you dont want it to close again. The tiles in the bathroom literally fell off and the repair they did to fix it is crappy and they didnt try at all. There cabinets are outdated and ugly. The dish washer and stove sucks. They came in the apartment without reasoning and without a notice while we were sleeping. And there pet restriction list has more dog breeds on it then any other apartment. They showed us a completely different apartment then the one we got. So you dont even know what your actually getting after you sign the contract. If your looking for a good apartment look down the road at Ashtonbrooke apartments. Same price and WAY nicer with new windows and appliances and has washer dryer connections for the same price as a one bedroom apartment at this place with no washer dryer hook ups and totally outdated and crappy.

Our breed restrictions mirror what is out there not just on a local level but a national level. The new management is amazing, they stay on top of work orders. The complex is nice, peaceful, clean and family oriented. We also have a newly built dog park which are utilize all the time.

I lived there for 6 years year and I wouldn't recommend them. Too many problems to go into with the space I have. You'll move in thinking you've done the right thing but end up very unhappy. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
