The leasing office has a consultant with a horrible attitude. She enjoys telling people no. You also have to repeatedly call to get a work order taken care of. They care 0 about residents

Office staff is incompetent. Work order calls are ignored and then problems resulting from negligence or ignorance on the part of maintenance are blamed on residents and result in charges out of the resident's pocket. Staff also will fabricate instances of inappropriate cigarette disposal or pet waste pickup to charge residents $100 for no reason. Apartments are full of black mold and staff refuses to treat or remediate mold, only wiping it off with a rag until it comes back. Did not notify residents of loss of amenities when resigning leases - removed garbage disposal without notification even though signed lease was for apartment with disposal included. Can't wait to move!!
