    Do not even consider this place, they're a million ton of roaches, they pass from townhouse to townhouse. The office has maintenance move appliances from townhouse to townhouse to apartments to apartments using the same ones so they will never end up getting rid of the roach problem. We have had major maintenance issues and anyone has yet to fix been over two weeks! We have had water issues, roaches due to no fault of our own this whole complex is infested! Never ever have I had roaches until I moved into this place highly dissatisfied a d highly not recommended ! We have mold In our townhouse I've tried to get it addressed nobody will come fix. My sink and toilet is unhabitable they told.me I have another bathroom in my townhouse so don't use the half bath. Office people are extremely rude and don't care , management runs a crap show, then on top of that neighbors have had office personell yell at them for no reason office ppl are rude and need new office staff. Had a whole strip of different area townhouses electric go out and the office didn't provide them with an additional heat resource there was a lady on oxygen and had health put at risk. if you WANT, ROACHES, MOLD, MILDEW, RUDE OFFICE STAFF, AND CERTAIN MAINTENANCE THAT DONT CARE THEN this is the place for you if not I'd steer clear from this place !

    No call back and no email response from this property.? Why?? Apartment guide shows this and other properties as having several Apt for rent.?

    I have called and left voice.ails for weeks. I have been IN PERSON at least twice a week, on weekdays, during business hours and no one is in the office. Despite horrible reviews online I had still attempted to make contact via phone, email, online inquiry AND in person with no success. Very frustrating.
