There rent is almost exactly what I pay now, but they want your income to be three times the amount of the rent. My rent is very affordable and I make it fine I don't understand why they require a person to have three times the income.

Decent and easily payable rent but you have no control over your own AC, even though you pay the LGE bill. They shut it off when the temperature begins to average below 40 (which we all know Kentucky weather is unpredictable). My apartment is currently 80 degrees and miserable.

I like what I see so far and love the fact its close to work. The grounds are well kept and it seems like the perfect fit for me, and Im looking forward to becoming a resident.
