    This place does not offer what they advertised, STAY AWAY, place smelling like zoo, filthy elevator,dirty rooms upon arrival, the overall condition of the place is terrible and when a problem is reported it does not get fixed . I got a room and clearly a dog was living in it before. And pee and pet hair was all over the room and I reported it and nothing happened

    With everything that has been going on, elevators not working, people set anything at the doors to keep them out. Our clothes got stolen and they still have yet to show us who did it, and its very much so dirty. Theyll have cameras in the lobby yet non are on any of the 12 levels, or elevators. This place just isnt it at all. I highly recommend moving somewhere else, oh and to top it off rent is 1k+ what a joke, Im so mad that Im laughing.

    The information regarding my specific preferences were instantly available to see if this location had the features desired. Next step was even more simple and to the point. I chose which floor plan I wanted and lease agreement I was comfortable with, paid the application fee and immediately had been notified that my application had or not had beenaccepted, and my receipts quote number were on a e-mail, and received a phone call from a leasing agent to set-up a follow up appointment to see if I were a good fit to become a resident. It was a great experience at such a potentially amazing place to call home.

    This has been a great place to live while finishing my contract at Humana. They have a new staff who have makes the place run like a well oiled machine. The gym has more equipment than any other apts in area and the 270 degree view from the roof deck is only second to watching waves crash on the beach each morning. William Felk
