Because it is safe, clean, diverse and a very friendly place to live.
The track is always filled with families and residents in the evenings. This helps bring about a friendly and safe feeling. It's also a close walk to UofL, Dairy Kastle, and many other places.
The costs paid is increasing with benefits the same
Do not live here. The new leasing staff is terrible. One is rude the one that sits in the front and the one in the back is super passive. The walls are paper thin especially the floors. The grounds are nice and it is close to UofL but you can literally hear the people above and below you talking.
the apartments is good but once you have a problem with any device like AC or refrigerator you will not find any one to help you you will keep calling them for days and week tell some one come to check your device and usually there is no solution after it. the management is so bad and treat you badly also you have to pay for water and sewage and you pay for the whole complex water as they divide the whole bill to the whole apartment so you will find your self paying more in water if you live alone. there is no facilities at all and when i join UPA there was a tennis playground but they sold it. really i don't recommend it to any one. once my lease ended i will go to any place and i am sure it will be better than this place

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
