management in pitiful shape here - will not LISTEN. Flimsy construction on floors disturbs people below and I am tired of dealing with manager who took sides and dinged me for WALKING in apartment and not even checking with me about the situation, but believes bottom tenant only. Ongoing disaster looms as she has started a war. Also nothing but a promise to fix clothes dryer that still is not fixed after 3 months. My suggestion is to avoid this cheap, poorly constructed complex with a terrible manager.

If I could give this place a 1/2 star review I would. I've lived here for more than a year. The apartment itself deserves the 1/2 star, everything else deserves 0. As described in other reviews the parking is an absolute nightmare. If you return in the late afternoon or after, good luck finding a parking spot. There is no assigned parking because there aren't enough spaces for the number of apartments let alone any for guests. The trash removal process is prehistoric. They have cans on every floor and take them out to one of the much needed parking spaces twice a week. The cans have been left blocking the space for as many as four days in in a row in the past. They lost their original maintenance person as well as the original resident manager several months ago (no doubt as to why) and they "borrow" the current maintenance person from another of their properties. They finally hired a "resident manager" who may or may not be present during posted work hours. There are currently problems with water pressure in the apartments. On a good day you may have a thin steady stream in the kitchen sink, other times it's barely running. Management's response was "yeah, they made a mistake installing the type of water heating system they did", offering no solution (as they have no solution for the parking mess.) The rent is substantial enough that there shouldn't be priblems of this magnitude. Take my advice and DO NOT consider renting here. Anxiously awaiting the expiration of my lease so I can get out of this nightmare!

Parking is a NIGHTMARE. They promised on move in that they were going to be expanding parking. Never happened and the manager said something about they couldn't because green space. Or something. Right. Anyway, there is about 30% of the parking actually needed for a complex this size. People truly avoid going out or call for rides as to not lose their parking spot. Just ridiculous. Also, smokers reside here galore. They aren't supposed to be smoking in their units. Yeah, right. How many pack a day smokers do you know that are going to get up get dressed and leave the premises when they get their cravings. Other

Unless you're coming from a total dump you won't be happy. First there is nowhere NEAR enough parking and that's made worse by people having their adult kids living with them and all trying to cram up front. If you do not have parking by 3pm be prepared to park clear across the campus where the people who do live there refuse to park! Don't move in if smoking bothers you. The incompetent former manager apparently decided she didn't have to enforce the no-smoking policy and let scores of smokers move in. They have been smoking in their units, outside the entrances. one person even smokes walking her dog and hides behind the trash dumpster. Don't move in if you're at all worried about covid. Regular bashes in the common room including a full city sized church event. Not a mask in sight. Don't move in if you're worried about the possiblity people could bring bed bugs into the unit. our discarded mattress was drug out of theo outside trash cannister within hours. So wonderful to know people are bringing in used discarded furniture from dumpsters.

I absolutely love it here! It's a great place to live! All utilities included in the already great price. Fun daily activities and very friendly residents. It's away from the crowds in a quiet community yet very convenient to shopping and restaurants just a short drive away down the beautiful country roads.
