Very timely response, but did not suit my current needs at this time

My daughter has had nothing but issues. This place is the worst. If you want any answers dont expect them in a timely manner. My daughter had water in her closet. Finally the person came and said the air conditioner had leaked. Thats it. He fixed the a/c but did nothing to clean up the mold in the closet. Her shoes were moldy and when my daughter tried to get someone to do something she was told to email Heather. As usual you cant ever get an answer from her. What a joke. I would stay clear of this place. She was showed a nice renovated apartment. Of course she moved into a very filthy old apartment. For a first apartment my daughter has had a very bad experience. I cant wait until her lease is up and she can get out of this dump.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. When your daughter reported water in her closet our Maintenance team went to the unit the next morning as a work order was put in after office hours, with no call to our 24 hour emergency line. It was found that the AC unit had frozen causing it to leak. Our team inspected and made repairs same day to the AC unit as well as the water in the closet. A fan was left on to dry and the work order was closed. Two weeks later a second work order was put in the system with complaint of moldy shoes in the closet, followed-up with a email to our Community Manager. Immediately conversation was had between our CM and your daughter, again our Maintenance team went to the unit cleaning the mildew that had formed. As discussed with your daughter, at the first sign of issue it is the responsibility of the resident to alert staff as we are not aware of issue until reported. Additionally, management apologized for the inconvenience and provided a $100 rent credit for shoe replacement. Our model units are renovated and are quiet beautiful, however your daughter leased a unrenovated unit. These units are nice as well, just not as nice as our renovated units. The differences are communicated in all tours as well as community upgrades. Our team takes great pride in our community and the comfort of residents and assure that your daughter and roommates were not given a filty apartment upon move-in. Previous Management Company

I toured Trifecta back in April and the staff was so friendly and the renovations that are happening look so good! I'm most excited for the sky bridge that takes you straight to campus from the property and the pet park that's being put in. Can't wait to move here!!
