I have lived at the Willows of Plainview for 4 years. It is well managed community. Maintenance is impeccable, especially when Mark gets the assignment. He is very professional, competent, polite and prompt. I love living here!

My husband and I recently moved to Louisville, KY without ever touring Willows at Plainview in person. From the website to the video tour of our unit, we felt confident that Willows would be the perfect place for us and our dogs. Darien helped us throughout the leasing process and made it so seamless. She's awesome! We have successfully moved and have not had any major issues other than the simple repairs that are taken care of fairly quickly by Mark (real nice guy!) who oversees the maintenance. Overall, its a hidden gem. A quiet, beautiful neighborhood perfect for any kind of family. Our dogs love going outside and seeing all the other dogs on their walk. We have a beautiful magnolia tree near us that we appreciate every time we walk the dogs. The landscaping truly is a nice perk I wasn't even considering. The community club house is beautiful with free coffee, wine, and other refreshments. There is always an activity happening there during the week like a food truck or pool aerobics. You can't go wrong at The Willows!

My fianc and I have lived at the Willows for close to a year now! We love it and would recommend this place to everyone looking. The leasing office is very nice and helpful and attentive, Kaitlyn in the office is one that is very helpful and answer all questions or concerns we have quickly! Best place we have lived!!! -Tony

Ive absolutely loved living at the Willows! its been the best place for me to start my little family. Which the ladies in the leasing office sent me flowers to congratulate me on the birth of my son and engagement in the same week! theyre beyond thoughtful and helpful, especially Kaitlyn. Shes super patient and knowledgeable, super personable and will make anyone a friend. As for the units themselves, more than advertised! They definitely delivered and are super homey and luxury. Id hands down recommend the Willows to anyone looking for their next home!

The Willows go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and taking care of your needs. Lucy helped take care of me, and she was phenomenal. We discussed what i was looking for and she led me to my dream apartment. All the ladies in the office are reliable and informative. Theyre also just good people, i stop in for a chat from to time, they always seem to make me laugh. Highly recommend!!
