All the staff , from the leasing office, to maintenance, are wonderful. Feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex.
Pictures look great when your having to rent sight unseen but what we were given was a place that had been vacated 1.5 weeks before moving in and it was not cleaned by the apartment management. Lots of broken items, missing items and badly damaged front door. The garage was not cleaned and fiull of spiders, garage broken dry wall. Rent quoted was much less than actual monthly rent. Place crawling with ants and spiders. For the price I would and will be looking elsewhere
to expanses...pet bill is thorough the roof
These apartments are too expensive
I looked around a lot before I moved here and found that for just a little more money, there were a lot more amenities. Lots of great floor plans, beautifully maintained grounds, fitness center, fire pit and beautiful pool area. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. Pet friendly, too. I moved here a year ago and I'm pleased to say that all my surprises have been good ones. To begin with, I love the apartment. Not the typical 1 bedroom place. Space is used creatively. The layout is charming, the fireplace cozy and comforting in Winter and the spa tub is glorious after a hard day. My cats like the sun room best. Trash is picked up at my door and I don't even have to change my own light bulbs. Easy access to the interstate. Plenty of shopping and great restaurants nearby. And I've never lived in an apartment complex with such a feeling of community. Food trucks arrive in the Summer and residents get their food and gather at the club house, where the ladies in the office stay late to supply the venue and the drinks. A great opportunity to meet the neighbors. Yoga on Saturdays is fun too - followed by breakfast and Mimosas. Thanks Kristen, Katie and Fran for making this such a great place to live!
