April 20, 2019While the apartment looks great from the outside, the issues you will have trying to get your maintnence orders completed for simple things like door hinges, leaks, washer issues, etc. makes it NOT WORTH IT. The management will continually give you the run around about getting things fixed and has even gone as far as to say that they don't, and have not had, maintnance staff available for the past 2 MONTHS. Rather than contract out the work, residents are expected to continue paying for amenities they cannot use. Take the time to look elsewhere if you are planning on moving -- it is worth the effort.

November 02, 2020Ideal property for the hard of hearing or old people with hearing loss. There must be literally air between the floors and no insulation. Awful.
