The management here is absolutely terrible!! Theyre very unprofessional and do not care about any of their residents! The windows have a constant draft. Weve had a leak every time it rains that drips down the wall and over an electrical outlet. It has not yet been fixed, even with multiple maintenance orders. The pools are NEVER open. The dog trash is never emptied and is constantly overfilling, and it smells worse during the summer. They do NOT do normal maintenance such as making sure the smoke detectors are working properly. This is an overall terrible place to live and would not recommend!!!

The office staff were great at first, until they got our money. Our first night living here we found live roaches running around in the bathroom and kitchen. And at the point we hadnt even moved our stuff in yet so I know it wasnt from me. We have one row of parking at my building. So if you come in any later than 8pm, you will have to park across the street at a different building. Not only that but both my light bulbs in my bedroom, one in my kitchen and one in my bathroom have been out for over a month. Which would normally not be problem. But for some reason maintenance can only change the light bulbs. Theres no way to remove the bulbs unless they do it. And we cant get ahold of anyone to come change them for us. And now its getting to be winter and our heat only works half the time and kicks off soon after it starts when it does decide to work. The windows suck because theres a huge draft that blows in and makes the apartment even colder. And a few months ago we were charged an extra $100 on our rent because a few months before that they forgot to charge everyone for part of their water, so it has been building up for months. And when multiple people went into the office to complain about it because it was their mistake that said too bad you should have noticed when tor water was cheaper and said something to us.

This apartment complex seems like a great deal, but their management is an absolute nightmare. As someone who was very excited to live in a nice part of town for a great price, I was HIGHLY disappointed in the professionalism and ability for the staff to get anything done. It took them weeks to get a lease together, and then they just stopped responding all together when we were ready to sign our lease. It was the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

The hallways are dirty, smelly and noisey, I wish I'd never moved here! They say two pools, neither are open or working, feral stray animals everywhere, uneven floors and walls. Very loud neighbours, very loud community. It's just horrible!!!!
