    The pool is my favorite! I have no complaints. I love where I live! I look forward to the pool party in the summer. So fun! I will be here for awhile

    The leave trash strewn about everywhere, they are dishonest and will say anything in the world to sign a lease. The maintenance is a joke, the overall management of the property is horrible. Its an overpriced slum.

    It took them 3.5 months to fix an outlet. My garage door has been broken for almost 2 months now. You have to nag & nag & nag to get them to fix anything. They changed my mailbox lock without notice & refused to give me the access code to my own garage. I shouldn't have this many issues when I'm paying them almost $1700 a month in rent. Also Kim will cop MAJOR ATTITUDE if you dare to call them & ask why something hasn't been fixed yet. Also she will show up at your apartment on NEW YEARS EVE to pressure you into renewing a lease & will smile in your face until you need something fixed. DO NOT TRUST HER.

    I would strongly advise against moving here. Tons of hidden fees including; shared electronic, 100$ cable/internet, water that is not itemized per individual unit use, etc which add up to about 300$ on top of your rent payment. Can not just get internet only or opt out if valet trash, or extra 50$ whether or not you use your washer/dryer or theirs. Maintenance is horrible. I am not a person that complains, but this plans takes the cake!!! Do NOT rent here!!!!

    Very shady place. I asked multiple times for prices on particular units and they told me in order to get a price I would have to come tour in person. I live out of state and couldn't do that before my move. I contacted many other apartment buildings and got prices through email and over the phone. No other management company acted like this. Renters beware!

    Dated, overpriced, poorly maintained "luxury" apartments. The Connor Group purchased this property, slapped a coat of paint on buildings that are falling apart, and raised rent over 30% across the board. When looking at their pricing, make sure you add on an extra $250 a month for their mandatory fees. These fees increased twice this summer for "community water usage" as if we weren't paying enough as it is. Both myself and my neighbors have had screws pop our tires due to the Paddock's inability to actually clean up after themselves when they feel like completing maintenance orders, which is a rarity in itself. Not to mention having packages stolen off of my own porch, this complex labeling itself as "luxury" or frankly even a decent place to live is a joke. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your next home, unless you enjoy paying exorbitant amounts of money for an incredibly mediocre apartment.
