We are two weeks into a 6-month lease and Im ready to go already. The layout is nice. The amenities are nice. At move-in we noticed a red spot on the carpet and asked that it be cleaned. The light in the bedroom still doesnt work but most importantly it is infested with roly poly bugs. We have to sweep at least 30/day from the floor and walls. Ive reported the issue but was told nothing could be done until the pest control comes the next week. Maintenance did come to caulk around entry doors but it hasnt helped. When asked if this is a problem community-wide I was told mostly for 1st floor residents. No one told us this before we signed the lease. I asked the neighbors across the hall (also first floor residents) if theyre having an issue and their answer is yes. My first experience living in an apartment hasnt been good. I would recommend you ask neighbors for feedback before leasing!

The Lodges is an amazing place to live! The office staff is tremendous and the maintenance staff is excellent as well (although rarely needed!) All the neighbors weve ever come across are also great to have around. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Absolutely the worst complex I have ever lived at. False advertising everything is not finished but yet you have to pay full price with only receiving like 70% of the amenities. Emailed management few times they stopped answering me after the first email. There no parking because the construction crew takes up all the parking. Someone towed my car and moved it 7 spots away for no reason didn't tell me or ask me. Still don't have grass!!!! When I moved in they told me 3-4 weeks it would all be done going on 3 months now. I can't wait to move out of here would not recommend moving here to anyone. The office also gives out the wrong packages to the wrong people has happened twice.

This place is a mess! We have been here since April 2019 and promised everything would be done by the end of the month and no later than the middle of May! We still DO NOT have a dog park, we only have one grilling area which is by the pool that you cant ever get a turn on, the parking is HORRIBLE, if you get to park in front or even NEAR your apartment consider yourself lucky. Every time we sit in the patio all we see is a muddy mess. The courtyard is nowhere near completed and all we get are excuses and lies. I pay an ENORMOUS amount of money to live here and get nothing in return but maybe a chair at the pool from time to time. We ALL deserve some sort of compensation on our rent until everything we were promised is completed because I know for sure that just the apartment alone isnt worth what we pay monthly.

The Lodges feel like home. Beautiful apartment with loads of extras. The staff at the Lodges is knowledgeable and friendly. Clubhouse and workout amenities are awesome. Cannot wait for the resort style pool this summer! I would highly recommend the Lodges.
