Excellent community, friendly neighbors, and a fantastic staff!

My time with The Legends at Indians Springs as been extremely pleasant and positive. It is definitely a community that I would recommend to others.

I've just recently moved into my apartment, but I can truly say the ladies in the office have been so helpful and not to mention friendly. ...and I thank you ladies for that,when I first came over,she gave me a tour of the facility and then I met her a the apartment, which is the one that would be leased and not the model...and is was perfect view, I thought I hit the jackpot, but we went back to the office to discuss options and I said I will get back to you later,it's not like I was in a position were i had to move immediately,but with great experience like that, I made it a priorityi

It's a perfectly adequate apartment living experience. The management team and maintenance staff are super nice and professional. Even the neighbors are friendly & polite.

I've enjoyed the Legends so far. I travel frequently for my job and have not had any concerns leaving my things behind for days at a time. The property is well-maintained, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the proximity to local businesses and the Gene Snyder makes living on the east end far less of a burden.
