I recently decided to sell my house and downsize to an apartment. I was referred to The Flats by a friend who had lived here and talks about returning. I was pretty nervous moving into an apartment with a young son and 2 dogs, but it has been great! The apartments are more spacious than others in the area and I have to drag my dog out of the dog park some days. Most importantly, all of my neighbors and the staff are so incredibly nice. My son was nervous about the move, but we felt at home right away. Big thanks to Angela, Mackenzie, and Tony for all of their kindness, especially towards my son. He loves running down to the office for a Sprite and chatting everyone up. I would absolutely recommend The Flats at Hurstbourne to a friend. We are very happy here.

Makenzie needs to be fired she doesn't know how to deal with people. She had a very nasty attitude this complex will have a hard time keeping tenants with her.

The complex is perfectly adequate, and their personnel were nice in person, but my roommates and I changed our minds about applying, because we found another complex that worked better for our needs, and the associate working with us continued to harass us for 4 days after I asked her to please cancel our application. If she had just asked if we were sure, since we would be losing money on the application fee, that would have been fine, but she failed to cancel the application for at least 3 days after I asked her to, probably to ensure our money came out before she stopped the process, and called the one roommate whose application we stopped before submitting and tried to get her to finish, three days after I had told her we were no longer interested.Very poor handling of our situation. It makes me wonder if they pull antics like this with their residents.

My family and I love living here at The Flats at Hurstbourne! The team is friendly and even when things go wrong they're very communicative. Can't keep everything perfect all the time but I really appreciate how open they are.

I have lived here for a year and this place is wonderful. Attentive and efficient property management. She definitely takes care of her residents. Grounds are always nice and clean also. Call and make this place your new home!!!
