Brookside recently bought this property and has turned it into a horrible place to live. Rude and disrespectful staff, no compassion or respect for the people who pay to live here. "Upgrades" are being done while tenants still live in the unit, disrupting our lives for days at a time (with no rent compensation). Workers leave apartments wide open with no one inside, anyone can just walk into your home and take what they want! The property manager is horrid. This used to be a fantastic place to live. Now I can't wait for my lease to end so I can leave. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
