My husband and I moved to Louisville in July. We had planned to purchase a home but did not find one we wanted. So, we reluctantly opted to look at apartments. From the minute we met the apartment manager, we were sold. The Fincastle staff is wonderful! The apartment building is charming, clean, and safe. We are within walking distance to restaurants and downtown life. Utilities, cable, internet, and a gym membership are included in the rent. Since we are nearing the end of our first year lease, our previous realtor contacted me to see if we wanted to search for a house, but we love it so much at the Fincastle, we have decided not to purchase and simply stay in this great apartment building!

After months of searching, I was fortunate enough to find Fincastle. For obvious reasons, Fincastle is amazing. The view, the location and the convenience of being within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions are major pluses. I love this area! The apartment is beautiful. Hardwood floors (some I viewed had carpet), stainless steel appliances and large windows that enhance the amazing views! The units come furnished which was very helpful with the expenses that come along with moving. I've seen furnished apartments before and the furniture was basic and cheap. This is not the case with Fincastle. Also, DirectTV is included in the rent and electricity is only $50 per person each month. It's great not having to guess how much your bills will be. Security is great here as well. Double key card entry for the building and elevator make me feel very safe. The parking garage beside the building has 24-hour security guards and video surveillance. They will escort you to/from your car, change or blow up your tire, and help you get in your car if you are locked out. We also get 50% off the monthly rate for parking which makes it super affordable! Lastly, I cannot say enough about the team at Fincastle. Working with them has been, by far, the best experience I've had with any property management team. Their willingness to help was apparent from the first time I called to inquire. Kenneth is the best! He spent twenty minutes on the phone answering my many questions and has provided possible solutions to every issue that I have presented. The entire team has been very helpful. They will even meet you when you move in and carry all of your big/heavy items! They have done so much for me. That's why I wanted to get on here and give them the great review that they deserve. I did a lot of research before selecting Fincastle and I am so happy that I did. You will not find everything that I mentioned at this price point anywhere else. Thanks for everything Fincastle team

I was considering a medical program at the University of Louisville and toured the Fincastle as a potential apartment option. I ended up going with a school in Ohio, but was really impressed with my experience at the Fincastle and wanted to leave a review about it. Management bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of, even giving my wife a video tour through FaceTime since she couldn't make it to see the place in person. The two units we looked at were much larger than I expected for the price. The apartments are furnished, so for someone moving to Louisville from out of town, like me, the transition would be an easy one. Most of the downtown attractions are within walking distance, but there is a little bike rental station right outside of the building which was a fun and convenient way to get around.
