Lived here under a year and transferred to another property under MAA. Love the area and the apartments are well kept and at a decent price point. All work request were done within a day or two. The ladies in the office were always friendly but sometimes the office would be closed for hours and random times. I have been gone for 10 months so it could have changed. Very dog friendly we asked them to add a pet waste station closer to our apt and they did so.

I love it here. My fianc and I have had to submit one maintainence request and it was fixed the next day. The office staff and all of our neighbors are great. 10/10 recommend.

Unfortunately I will never recommend living here. The first part of our 13 month lease wasn't bad. It's quiet for the most part. The grounds aren't very well kept, but not the worst either. During the winter time the electric bill is ridiculous due to lack of the properties being insulated well as well as they are not updated at all. (we rented a 2/2 and when trying to keep it at 68 the bill was $300+ so we dropped it down to 65 and it was between $230-260) we spoke with neighbors who were having the same issue and moved in around the time we did so we weren't the only ones. If you have pets do NOT stay here. The deposit you pay will not count towards anything. I'm an OCD clean freak and yes I had a two month old puppy when we moved in who was house training BUT he had about 2 accidents in the living room. I shampooed the carpet and everything. If you go to leave this complex will state they needed to replace ALL carpet (even when there's a divider between carpeted areas). Then the office staff will completely lie to you about what needs to be done and the lack of communication is ridiculous. We advised what date we would be leaving and were told no one would be there to do the inspection until the following Monday. Returning the keys were interesting since the office hours are never what they claim them to be. Then we were advised if there were any issues during the inspection they would call so I could come down. Needless to say I never received a call and assumed everything was fine. NOPE a week and half later I receive a final bill in the mail for $1200+ with all the claims of damages and so forth. I replied via email, it took two weeks and three emails alone to get a response. Needless to say I highly recommend living somewhere else. One of the main reasons we elected to move was due to the increase in rent price at renewal time period (by almost $120). Not worth it to be honest.
