The apartment manager, Lakeshia, I believe, goes above and beyond for the tenants! She GETS STUFF DONE! Of course with any rental property, youre gunna have issues sometimes. Our hot water heater was leaking and we had a brand new one installed the NEXT DAY! We have had maintenance show up on the weekend for non emergency repairs, we have lived here since around the middle of April 2020 and I absolutely LOVE it here. It is definitely a place to call home until we can buy our own one day. We actually live in the townhouses. The price is unmatched for the space we have! We literally tippled our square footage and oNly pay about $75 more than our previous apartment. Having a good landlord/manager is extremely important and she is the best I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I applaud her ion the organization she has to have to handle everything she does! Not sure what she gets paid, but I guarantee she needs a raise!

It's a nice place if you looking to save money for a better place to live. Lenient as far as rent being paid but only allow money order to be mailed out.

My family and I have been living in these apartments since 2017. We have lived in 2 different ones. A one bedroom and now a two bedroom. We have seen many different management teams in charge over the last 6 years and honestly, the manager that we have now, is the best one that we have seen. She is on top of things and is very nice and friendly. The apartments are outdated a bit and there have been a lot of things that have been fixed over the years. There are still things that need to be done, and they are actually working on them. As we have 2 children, I truly wish that there was some kind of play area for ours and the other kids around here. Other than that, I can say that things have improved a lot over the years and hopefully will continue to do so. The price is about the best that you can find in the area and the people that live here all seem to be nice and friendly.

I have live in Southwood Apts. since April 2022. The apartments are older but kept up well. Manager is friendly and helpful. Maintenence responds promptly to work orders. Only issue is having to mail in rent.

I would love to see these apartments I like the way they look and I am on Section 8 I'm trying to see if you take Section 8 I'm a first-time Section 8 person I would like to see how much are your two bedrooms but I can get one bedroom that'll be just okay my name is Crystal Johnson and I will see you Monday
