    My husband and I are going to move in next month, the leasing staff have been super helpful and very cordial.Jennifer made our leasing experience very pleasant and super easy. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to experience a luxury lifestyle, everything in this complex is super nice!! I cannot wait to move to our beautiful apartment in 30 days.

    Ive lived at the 9910 Sawyer apartment complex for about a year now. The office staff is super nice, the amenities are great, and there is always something fun going on. there are even food trucks that come a couple times a month! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

    BEWARE!! As of July / 2022 a new company took over this property and it is painting it is really wright ugly colors red and black with brown, on top of that they are forcing out residents if they don't renew their contracts with a 40% increase on rent. Some residents have mentioned the new management is paying residents to write positive reviews. Don't trust good reviews this property is not the same anymore, high score reviews belong to the previous management company not the Connor Group if they were posted prior to July 12/2022! I DO NOT RECOMEND LIVING HERE. THE PICTURES POSTED ARE NOT ACCURATE WITH CURRENT LOOK OF THIS PROPERTY.

    The new management company is painting all of the buildings the ugliest colors youve ever seen, increasing everyones already high rent by 40%, and kicking people out who are on monthly leases. Run far away from Valerie and her team of snakes.

    The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. They are not worth dealing with. I highly recommend looking elsewhere in Louisville. DONT RENT FROM HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
