We've only been here a little over a month and we are getting out as soon as possible. Nothing but problems starting even before move in. No communication in office, and the communication we did get turned sarcastic and apathetic as soon as we signed the lease. Many problems in the apartment should have been addressed before having anyone move in (no hot water or water pressure, broken AC, no window insulation, other plumbing issues).
If I'm paying over 1000 a month on a place, it needs to be better quality than this. Or at least attempt to have things fixed.

I have lived here for 2 years, you can see what they are doing to make it better. When I have a maintenance request, it is completed with a reasonable time. Any emergencies I have encountered (and there was only 1) maintenance and office staff kept in constant communication about what was being done and the time frame. Are these older established apartments, yes, but they are worth the size. I love my apartment...

Lived here for almost a year cannot wait to move, nothing but problems.have had 3 holes in my bathroom, still have to this day holes in the hallways for months, . Make sure you look in the back with all the pot holes, they make it look good in apartments in the front, but put you in the trashy part, have the nerve to go up in rent, not worth a penny, Beware of these apartments
