Gym needs updating. Old machines with limited availability and is getting work out and unable to be used correctly. New parking policy with zero guest parking is horrible especially sense lease states you can have guests for a short period of time. Not a large enough dumpster for amount of people living in complex. Fills up way to fast.

Our staff works very hard daily to keep the compactor area clean. We have a lot of exciting changes and updates happening at the community. Maintenance and office staff are awesome. Parking is terrible, there should be a number to report cars that are allowed to be there after the allowed time. Also, another compactor should be installed. The trash that sits out has a terrible smell and just looks bad

Shortly before my move-out date a water pipe from the apartment above me busted, water leaked into my apartment and caused a few minor damages to the ceiling and carpet. The repairs were agreed to be done after my move out date. I later was charged for the damages caused by the water leak. They sent the balances to collections weeks after they bill me even though I was the middle of a dispute for the charges.
