Slumlords, all units without hot water for over 5 days and nothing being done to fix it after numerous complaints from the residents.

I love, love, love my apartment and everything about this place. Sasha is remarkable and so is Sean, our maintenance guy. Its a great place to live for sure.

I have been here a year and love living here. I have read the reviews of two other residents and would like to respond. The last nasty review said something about district manager Glenda. Ok had the pleasure of meeting her for the first time the other day. People have to realize that everyone can't have a great day. She could have been having a bad one. I don't know the situation. But you have to realize that she is responsible for 4 properties in the Louisville area. That is approximately 500 apartments. That is a big responsibility. She has to answer to the Clover Corporation for everything that happens here. As for the maggots in the hallway. Residents have leaky trash bags. This leaves perfect vcionditions for flies to lay eggs and maggots to hatch out. The management cannot follow each resident and make sure their trash bag don't leak. The residents need to have that responsibility ssand clean it up. But no, they want ssa babysitter because they are babies. If the management knwew about the problem they would have corrected it immediately Sasha is a great manager . And Sean, the maintenance man is always on top of things. As for parking,there are PLEANTY of spaces. But whinny butts all want prime parking spaces in front of the door. Every Tennant has a key to all of the exterior doors and can come through any of them. As for the previous negative feedback. They said that the management did nothing and was not there to let the delivery drivers in. The manager Sasha is a great person and is willing to help anyone. Her job is to lease apartments and manage problems that arise, not let delivery people in. There is a sign posted that is very easy to understand. I had my 7 year old granddaughter to read and do what it says. She had no trouble at all . It's the tennant's that don't want to wait for delivery. When the delivery driver pushs the apartment number and green button the system calls the residents phone number and the resident can let them in

Maggots in hallway, no one in office. Nasty rude Glenda, district manager. Terrible place to live, no parking. Im moving out.

Poor to non existant site management. More focused on trying to get new residents then taking care of existing. Can't reach anyone on the phone, can only leave voice mail and wait, including the corporate office. The short few times they are in the office, can't be bothered to hit a button to let delivery service in. The entry pad instructions are confusing for delivery personnel and randomly works. 50-50 chance even using resident code. They basically expect you to sit in the lobby all day for deliveries such as Walmart, FedEx, UPS, Door Dash, Shipt, etc. Can't have a life on delivery days. Rent increased and services getting worse. Shortage of parking, especially handicapped. When able to find a parking spot, some sides of the building don't have ramps, which is especially bad when raining. Unable to hear fire alarms from the rooms. Not ideal for seniors over 70, especially with limited mobility and transportation.
