I have lived at Partridge Meadows for 4 years and I have noticed in that last year there has been many improvements and upgrades to the community. The office staff is professional and very friendly. It's always a treat to go to the office because they always have some type of treat for you. The maintenance staff are friendly and very qualified to fix any issue, and the full time grounds keeper keeps the grounds in good shape. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone.

We have lived here for 13 years and for the most part everything has been good.. I notice lately with new management the surroundings were getting clean. I will highly recommends to my friends.Patridge Meadows Apartment are close to everything like malls,school and grocery .

They have recently changed management and the new staff is great. I will agree that the previous manager was not good, but things have improved a lot recently. The office is responsive now and Im seeing a lot of work being done inside and outside the buildings.

Horrible place to live! Rent is WAY to high for the mold and gnat infested apartments. They are old and outdated and they lie to get you to buy. It is not worth it. The staff sucks. You have to call at least 3x before you get anything accomplished. The new manager has a lot on her plate but seems rude and like she doesnt care. Shes matter of fact about every issue I bring to her attention and does not make me feel welcome to stay another year. I Will be moving for sure.

First, we urge you to file a maintenance request immediately regarding any issues you are having with mold. This is important for your health as well as that of the entire community. We disagree with your characterization of our staff, but we also hope that whatever has caused your opinion to take this shape was a misunderstanding, and we look forward to the opportunity to correct it in the near future. Please feel free to come down to the office at your convenience and discuss any of these issues with us in more detail.

A year and a half ago, i would have said this is a decent complex to live in. But there have been alot of changes. None for the best. the rent continues to increase. over $60 in 2 years, and nothing improves.That may not seem like alot to some people, but when you are on a fixed income that can be your gas or groceries for half the month. Same worn out crappy cabinets and carpet from 2 years ago. Continually have bugs of some type or the other. They say they spray. but doesnt seem to help. the walls and floors are so thin, you can hear your neighbors next and above. You can smell what their cooking, smoking, and when they go to the bathroom. All the office is new and they are no where near as friendly as they were to begin with. They continue to change lease agreement without notifying you. give you warnings for things that are trivial. and expect you to be able to snap your fingers and resolve them. When you ask for some extra time , they stick there nose in the air and refuse. And the new office manager or property manager or what ever she thinks she is, doesnt even have the decency to come out of her office and talk to someone about a problem. Just has her lacky keep running back and forth. Im sure your saying then why dont you move. Dont think Im not trying. As i said before ,when you are on a limited income its hard to make a move and come up deposits, application fees, moving expenses. But as soon as i can, I am out of here.
