They have recently changed management and the new staff is great. I will agree that the previous manager was not good, but things have improved a lot recently. The office is responsive now and Im seeing a lot of work being done inside and outside the buildings.

I have lived at Partridge Meadows for 4 years and I have noticed in that last year there has been many improvements and upgrades to the community. The office staff is professional and very friendly. It's always a treat to go to the office because they always have some type of treat for you. The maintenance staff are friendly and very qualified to fix any issue, and the full time grounds keeper keeps the grounds in good shape. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone.

I lived at Partridge Meadows from 2002 to 2022. It was home. Even though I do not live there now, I still consider it home. I have lived in a 2 bedroom 2 bath. The master bedroom is huge, large walk in closets plus linen closet, with full size bathroom. Full size bathroom in hall. Smaller bedroom with walk in closet. Nice size kitchen, dishwasher, stove and range, microwave. Living room and dining room large with walk in closet and hall way coat closet. Nice size laundry room Two bedroom one bath. Master bedroom has a nice size walk in closet. Second bedroom just a little smaller and has a nice size closet. The kitchen is large enough for a small table and chairs. Coat closet in hallway. Large walk in closet in living room dining room area. Nice size laundry room. Full size bathroom with linen closet in bathroom. One bedroom one bath. Large living room/ dining room walk in closet. Coat closet in hall. Large one bedroom with extra window if you get end unit. Two small walk in closets His/Hers. Large full size bathroom with linen closet. Full size laundry room. Patio or balcony. These apartments have lots of room. Convenient to stores, parks, hospitals. Great area of town. I was never afraid to live there. I would still be there. But Im older now and had to downsize. I was there 20 years. When I think of Partridge Meadows I think of home.

Terrible!!!! Never apply here! After applying and seeking apartment s office staff rude and unprofessional! , continue to ask for a $200 application fee knowing they had no intention of accepting, literally just take your money and discriminate against financial status or simply the way we look??!!!!!!!!! Demand my fee back , already left with you and the response was to call office was put on hold and then sent to voicemail with absolutely no response!!!

Wouldn't waste my time living here. its 2022 and they recently switched to the RUB system. To make matters worse they are always turning the water off sometimes you know other times its a surprise. Not recommended.
