Amber was amazing at helping me get into my new place! I'm very thankful and greatful that she is There! She is very nice and has an awesome personality and truly care' s about the property and I can't wait to move in!!
I've heard of this place before and you've had great reviews how many rooms and how many bathrooms do you have
This place is actually a great living space. Starting out to get me on my feet the pricing isn't bad, if you do not have pets, and or damage anything then you are fine. The bills do go up, and down but depends of the usage of the water, and or electric. Stay cheap, and be cheap is my way of living, and boy do I make it look anazing. The manager is great, and the family movie nights over the lake are wonderful for the kids, and us to get to know our neightbors.
This place is decent, which I feel is generous. The interior is cheaply and poorly done. But all in all, the staff and neighbors are good. This place wouldnt be my first choice, but if all else fails, this place isnt that bad.
You can get better for the money. The yearly rent increases are high. The amount you pay for separately for water always seemed high to me. Most units have mud for front yards and the hallways are never properly cleaned (which wouldn't be an issue if you didn't have mud-pit yards). On the positive side: you're by a lake and park, maintenance is great, management is good. It's just overpriced for the quality of units. If they took some of extra rent they charged and did some landscaping and exterior maintenance it would be a 4 out of 5. Spend $100 more and get something twice as nice.
