So disappointed in this complex. Mom's rent was increased more than $100 a month. For someone on a fixed income that's steep. Nothing was added to justify the increase. The owners lost a multi-million dollar lawsuit because the apartments are not ADA compliant. Makes me think they are expecting tenants to pay it for them. Gauging seniors is just plain wrong.

Nice affordable clean brand new and good area/location. Secure facility includes camera view on tv and pass code to entry. My husband friend and I all enjoy this apts especially on fixed income - all I inclusive
