Lyndon Square 55+ Senior Apartments

When I decided to move back home to Louisville, I looked at many apartments. I chose Lyndon Square first because all the Utilities were included in the rent, so I would know exactly what my monthly rent expenses would be. The apartments had all the things I needed, and it was conveniently located to the places I usually would be going. 3 minutes to the interstate and close to shopping. But, what I wasn't expecting was the almost immediate family of friends I found here. There is no shortage of things to go to and do within the complex...Events and activities that give you the opportunity, if you choose to, to enjoy, monthly pot lucks, musical events, bingo nights and Wine Down Wed, where you get to know other residents and easily make new friends. Coffee shop morning get togethers, hair salon and gym, and your new friends, make Lyndon Square so Special...COME, where you can enjoy finding a new family of friends here at Lyndon Square.

So disappointed in this complex. Mom's rent was increased more than $100 a month. For someone on a fixed income that's steep. Nothing was added to justify the increase. The owners lost a multi-million dollar lawsuit because the apartments are not ADA compliant. Makes me think they are expecting tenants to pay it for them. Gauging seniors is just plain wrong.

No short term leases

Nice affordable clean brand new and good area/location. Secure facility includes camera view on tv and pass code to entry. My husband friend and I all enjoy this apts especially on fixed income - all I inclusive

Great value and great amenities.

My mother lived here for over a year and we loved it so much, we brought her sister over as well! The manager, Shuana Arnold, is awesome to work with and understands the residents’ needs. Maintenance is a A+!! The facility is clean, they have activities they do on a weekly basis, and the grounds are always kept neat. Couldn’t find a better place for 55 and older!

My husband and I moved in in June of 2023. We have a ground floor unit w/1 1/2 baths. My experience with this complex has been exceptional. We have great neighbors who are quiet and respectful. David has been wonderful about seeing about what few issues we’ve had with the apartment. I can’t say enough about Shauna. I find her to be very considerate and conscientious about the needs of the tenants here. She goes out of her way to be friendly, courteous, and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is awesome. And The manager Shauna Arnold is a perfect fit for this job. She has such compassion for the residents

I arrived here in July, 2023. I am very happy with the apartment, the grounds, the neighborhood, the proximity to major highways and thoroughfares. It is worth the premium price for all inclusive rent and utilities and I feel this is the best of the Clover Group managed properties in Jefferson County.

Great place to live. Close to everything but nestled away on a quite street. plenty of activities. David and Shona are wonderful, good people. couldn't be happier.
