I highly regret moved to this place. Not worth the money you spend for a decent place to live. There was /is a strong smell coming from sewer system and even when you tell them about that they never get to fixed.

I have lived here a year and just renewed my lease! Very courteous and efficient staff. Nice apts. I lived in a very large house so it is a little small but plenty of room for 1 person.

If you don't mind living with ROACHES, GERMAN at that is what the pest control guy said which is apparently the worse, then this is the place to be. I absolutely hate it here and cannot wait until my lease is up. It's trash everywhere, people throwing trash on your patio. The place is very spacious, but outdated I don't think it's worth the prices they're offering. Pest control comes out and all they do is just throw traps everywhere don't even pick up the old ones and don't spray everywhere unless you asked them too. The place needs to be gutted and renovated, especially the bathrooms and the kitchen. Believe the reviews about the ROACHES they're infested. It's a lot of different cultures that lives over here and they all have different ways of living and I think that's the issue. They also leave pizza boxes and trash in the hallways when all they have to do is throw it in the dumpster. Please Please Please look somewhere else you are wasting your time!!!!!!!!!!! This place only worth one star for space, but that's it!!
