I had been looking all over Louisville for a fully furnished apartment at a reasonable rate. I stumbled across an ad for ICON Apartments and set up a time to view them. Once I saw everything they had to offer with the price, with the newly renovated building and units, I was hooked. I filled out an application right away and moved in a couple of days later. The leasing staff is fabulous! Christina and Chris go above and beyond. I love it here and feel right at home. I highly recommend ICON Apartments.

Don't know where to begin here. I lived here for 2 years. I complained about roaches for a year before pest control figured out the issue. During that time, staff had told me "this building has had roaches for years. They just come and go." Finally I see Pest Control come in and direct him to our issue. Turns out, the roaches had built a nest! Since new management and I had my apartment intruded on with no notice multiple times. The construction crew they hired to renovate left dust, loose screws/nails and marked up the walls.

If you are willing to spend the money on these "luxury" apartments. I highly reccommend you look elsewhere. Since construction they've raised the rent where they are 25%-40% more than the rest of the neighborhood. I reccomended this place to my friends before new management took over and before my bug issues began. They experienced the same issues and I'm embarrassed I got them into that situation. Please don't live here.

If I had liked the apartments I would have chosen them just because of how wonderful the young lady who helped me with them. She is an asset to your company

Lived here for previous 9 years,got asked to leave by new manager Clarissa who was very very rude and very inexperienced. The building became infested with roaches and mice when renovation began. we left a clean apartment and never got our deposit back. Finally the asst. mgr called us and said Clarrissa had disappeared shortly after we departed. We were told we would probably get our deposit back. We are still waiting! Used to be a Great place to live. Most of the time we lived there at least one elevator was down for maintenance. The corporate rentals rent went way up out of our reach and the new renovations were very cheaply done. Good Luck if you try living here. Residents I knew were very nice people. I felt very badly for them when the mgtm. ripped out the community room and took all the seating out if the Lobby. From what I saw of the renovated models it wasn't an improvement for most people and will take Icon years to finish at their present rate.
