Besides the home in which I grew up, the Imperial House has been, by far, the finest place I've ever called home. The community is super clean, very nicely appointed, SAFE, and quiet. My apartment is well-built, quiet, and secure. Spacious, yet no wasted space. The management and maintenance team are top-notch and eager to respond to any need. I can (and will) recommend the Imperial House, enthusiastically, to anyone looking for a new apartment home.

Number 601 here. I have been to the office twice since it changed owners in 2018. Our AC in the master bedroom rattles so loud you can hear it all the way at the front of the apartment. My infant son and i have not gotten any sleep because we either have to have the AC on and listen to it rattle all night or I have to turn it off and risk my son getting overheated when it's 80 degrees in the unit. I was told that maintenance will not come to fix it, instead they will take an AC unit out of another apartment and give it to us. A used AC unit that has been here since the complex was built. That was two weeks ago and I have heard nothing from them. For 860 a month you would think we could at least have an AC unit that works. Save yourself the headache and do not live here. If I could afford to move my family out and break my lease I would. Nothing gets fixed, they won't spray for pests no matter how many times you ask, and they are also infested with mice (which they will check for once and then never follow up). Spend your money elsewhere.

so disgusted with this apartment complex. both our toilets clogged up and overflowed. we called maintenance to come fix the problem and were told one of the toilets would eventually go down and be usable and they would come back in the morning and snake the drain. I am 9 months pregnant and need access to a bathroom. when we called with a mouse problem it took maintenance 3 DAYS to come in and put down a trap. my husband has a job interview tomorrow morning and we cant even use the shower, wash dishes, or get water out of the tap to drink. we do not have access to water all night. this is a situation you expect in a third world country, not an apartment complex where we are expected to pay 860 dollars a month and cant even get someone to snake our drain (which takes all of 20 minutes BTW) for 12 hours after it overflows. It's disgusting and not a livable situation for an expectant mother and a toddler under the age of two. I am very angry that maintenance had to call the property manager, come out here, only to tell me they were going to let us go without a working toilet, tub, or dishwasher for 12 hours before coming back to fix it. Not to mention that though the new renovations are coming and they seem nice, I'd rather have water. it doesn't do us a whole lot of good to have new carpet in the hallways when we cant even use the bathroom

Very pet- friendly! I moved here primarily because they accept dogs of all sizes, and that's rare in this city. Most of the building's residents really make my dog's day by greeting and playing with him when they see him.
Beyond that, this is a clean, well-run building with diverse residents who are mostly friendly. Rent is reasonable considering the amenities and the fact that it includes high speed internet and cable.

the management is never there, HIGH employee turn over rate, never know who is going to be in your apartment.......HORRIBLY MANAGED!
