Worst complex Ive ever lived at the management is awful, rude, and do not care about residents they only care about money and will charge many hidden fees without consent. My car was stolen within the first two weeks of living there! Over priced apartments the walls are super thin, carpets are filthy. They need new management I honestly would never recommend living here I could not wait to leave! The management currently in there should be a shamed at how they treat residents it is so sad!!

DO NOT MOVE THERE! They just brought on Dish TV and is charging everyone $68 per month for 24 streaming channels and internet - not one of them is even a local news channel. If you do not have a smart TV with a web browser - you will have to watch on your computer/phone, unless of course you pay more money to get more channels and they give you some equipment to connect to your TV. They are now charging $14.95 per month for maintenance of the grounds/common area. This is ridiculous to say the least because it is mostly dirty, filled with dog poop in the grassy areas, When you walk through the hallways for the building - they are so dusty cobweb everywhere. I have lived here for years and no one has ever come in the hallway to clean them. Someone threw dog poop in the pool and all then did was to shut it down for a few days while they sanitize. You would think they would drain the pool. They charge $3 per month for pest control. You will be lucky to see pest control on the property once every 3 or 6 months. You would think that paying $3 per month, that they would have preventative maintenance but that does not happen. The last time I requested pest control was they came 6 months later. I could not believe it when the guy showed up at my door. I said are you sure its my apartment and he said yes. I said I requested this in 6 months ago, he said I just got the report. What do they do with our money? They charge $25 per month for garbage collection. Good luck getting your garbage picked up overtime (except for Fridays and Saturdays when there is no pickup). The pick up is not consistent at all. Finally, if something ever happens and you need to just stay an extra month, the month to month rate is at least $1000 more than your current rent. E.g. our current rent is appx. $1600 and they sent us a month to month rate of appx. $2800. According to them it is current market value - for a 2 bedroom. Stay away - if you can do better!
