Complex is great and location is nice. Office staff is rude and unresponsive, pushy when they want you to resign your lease. Garage doors often get stuck open, but they do give any refunds for the secured parking we have to pay for each month.

The apartment complex itself is really nice. The management, mainly Kim, is awful. Very rude and unprofessional. It's funny reading some reviews. People who just moved-in love it, but people who have dealt with Kim during the move-out process (especially if you don't resign) know how terrible she is. If it weren't for her, I would be more likely to recommend the complex. But since she is still there, I'd be cautious.

Just moved to Louisville from out of town, great apartment, amenities are extremely nice, Starbucks coffee machine, theatre room, etc. Location is amazing, can walk to a bunch of restaurants, bars. Staff has been super nice and helpful, made the move up to Kentucky very smooth and easy.

This apartment complex got a bad wrap from the previous owners. Its a brand new building, and now has different and wonderful management. They've been very helpful with everything I've asked, and even things I didn't think of. All in all, I'm loving living here.

the property manager is not a nice person. they do not address any issues. the only time you hear from her is when they want referrals. never acknowledged the time when the fire alarm went off for 1 hour twice in one week in the middle of the night and we all had to evacuate at 4:30AM.
