The landlords have gone four months without returning calls for maintenance requests. They changed the locks once with 12 hours notice, confusing all my neighbors. There is broken glass and other trash everywhere, roaches, and they just hiked up the rent. Until recently their office was never open when they said it was going to be.

Property manager Lucky the blonde head is very rude the property manager on-site she looks down on residents who is on section 8 she talks down to them very unprofessional

I lived there from 2016-2019 and at first it was a perfect apt for starting out on my own. But then 2018 it started to go downhill. Then one day I learned the whole entire complex was infested with bedbugs when I noticed a bubble on my wall and when I went to clean it, plaster pulled back & I saw a huge nest of them. I immediately called and was told okay we will check it out. Nothing happened & when I saw a maintenance worker, I asked him about it & found out they was told not to do anything. So when the rent was raised from 575 to 600 something I put in a notice to say I was moving. I seriously would not recommend this place to anyone. The ppl that ran it from 2016-2018 ran it good. But then sometime in 2018 new ppl took over and let it go downhill.

This community is no longer owned by Americana, who allowed it to deteriorate into an uninhabitable slum thru many years of neglect due to poor management. This property was sold and a new management company that specializes in revitalizing communities now owns and operates it. They have a proven track record of doing this with many community properties. This will not happen overnight; it will take time. Just give it another year or two and this will once again be a vibrant neighborhood where people love to live.
