I'm a 59 single male on disability have a housing voucher $736
We lived there for two years and management was terrible. She acts like your best friends but any time you have an issue she becomes very rude and blames all the problems on you. They also dont fix problems. Problems we had the day we moved in never got fixed. Whatever you do, find a different place to live. If you dont you will regret it once you have move out. Their other properties may be managed better than this one but dont go here.
Be very careful before you lease an apartment here. They charge you unheard of fees upon moving out, and everytime your lease is up they jack up your rent. They do nothing to improve the quality of the property. I finally moved out because of this reason. Then after I moved out I got a bill for $200 ($75 carpet cleaning, $75 apartment cleaning, and $50 electric penality). I left my apartment in very good shape and the carpet had normal wear. I cleaned my old place from top to bottom. There was no trash left behind. But I got charged a $75 apartment cleaning fee. I made prior arrangement with the office in regards to when I am moving out. But I got an electric penalty? What? Why would I have the electric in my name when I don't live there? I was ok with the carpet clean even though the carpet had normal wear. Just beware of their business practices beford you lease an apartment from this place.
