Everything seems jerry rigged together. Plumbing issues, water backups, flooding in laundry room if you take a bath upstairs. Broken kitchen cabinets. Train tracks right next to the building. Unresponsive management. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THEM! No wonder so many apartments are now empty

Imagine living in a dog kennel. You are in your townhome and all you hear are dogs barking constantly bc neighbors leave them outside all the time to bark for hours and hours.

They won't fix anything you ask and they are lazy. Wouldn't recommend living here. Been here for 4 months and it's terrible. I be moving out this month even if I have a year lease. Cause it's not good at all.

Very Disappointed in what they have done with the landscape. When I moved in it felt homey. Beautiful trees outside and grass out front. They put mulch down and it made the place look so good. Fast Forward to now. They decided to not do the mulch anymore and put rock (pebbled rock everywhere ). Not only is it an eye sore it, but when it rains they get on the side walk and you can trip on them. They also cut down all of the trees. There is no pool. You are paying for just the place. You get what you pay for. Shop Around!
