Roaches and not just one kind and it doesnt matter how clean you are. Maintenance was nice, then they didnt have a maintenance man for like 8 months when I was there though. They closed the laundry facility because they didnt have a maintenance man and never told us. I would not recommend. Not even as a last option.

I lived there for 22 years and hated to go. The office staff and maintenance staff were great!! Work requests were taken care of quickly. The location was fabulous. It is near multiple stores and restaurants. The grounds are beautifully kept and I never had any issues while there. If you are looking for a,place to call home this is IT!!

I like fountain square apartment l leave there over 5 years never have any problem , and went need to be fixe there do it ride off way . Good

I have resided for 4 years here and I am very pleased and happy with not only the staff in the office but also the property itself very well kept, and the maintenance staff go above and beyond just like the girls in the office to take care of any problems or situations that anyone may have. If you lived here you can call it HOME......
