These apartments are poorly insulated so it gets very cold in the winter and the owners don't feel compelled to do anything about it.

It is a LARGE apartment for a VERY REASONABLE price (inexpensive). We needed a larger apartment for our family of 5 and this one has three bedrooms, three FULL baths, and one of the bedrooms is on the main floor which is perfect for my in laws. Its 1600 square feet and not only was the rent perfect, but it was literally impossible for me to find a rental place of this size anywhere within my range. Also it is very convenient for me, its only 10-15 minutes commute for me to get to Med School.

The apartment is very spacious. They are older and need updating. As I have lived here for 11 years, mine has not gotten the updates.

From the time I began the application process to move in to now (living there over 6 months) I have felt so taken care of by the staff here. Sure, the parking lots aren't huge, but their flats and town homes are an incredible deal for the size. I believe I'm getting a great value for the amount of space, the excellent care from the staff, and the convenience of the location.

It is a great location. The rent is affordable and competitive. I have had no problems with maintenance or with the facilities.

Hands down my favorite apartment I've lived in in Louisville. Large apartments, extremely attentive & caring maintenance, so much so even my cat loves him, it's actually affordable and worth it! Good neighborhood, tons of great places to eat or shop right up on Feankfort Ave. A welcoming community where you feel like you can actually have a casual friendly conversation with your landlord, how many places can you truly say that about? I can't see myself going to any other apartment community, they're just not going to be able to provide or match the pros in same way Eagles Eyrie does. 10/10 recommend checking it out if you're looking for a great place worth living!

Daughter moving in soon. Hoping for best. Went and took look outside. So far so good. She just moved in! I did some minor maintenance but overall great! Has new carpet. Needs some paint on balcony. She said she will fill out a request.

While these are older apartment, the management and maintenance are very attentive. Aside from that, the complex is in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of some great restaurants and coffee shops. I have lived at Eagles Eyrie for almost five years, and it's been a great experience.
