    Staff here are combative with residents. They speak in a roundabout way that gives the impression they care but realistically they do not take an approach that helps anyone except their company, even when their company is clearly in the wrong. They will charge you for everything they can with no justification. They raised everyone's rent by over $100/month (at least) because they couldn't afford the costs of fixing the mess they made after letting these apts fall into disrepair. Speaking of, they put in new balconies a month ago and the screws are already pushing back & the wood is coming apart at the seams. Safety inspection needed. And I guess they can't afford to paint the balconies so they're all an ugly mismatched color compared to the rest of the outside. This place is also just a garbage can. The trash is overflowing at the compactor half the time and they charge you for a trash valet service that is inconsistent. Then charge you for the trash that the valet service doesn't pick up.

    I have lived here for almost 3 years and I love it!!! I have had to call a few times for small repairs and maintenance came within 15 minutes of my calling. The problem was fixed immediately and I was told if I have any problems just call. I haven't had any problems with the staff and/or management. I pop into the office every 2 months, while I am walking my dog, and get 2 filters for my heatiig/air-condition unit. They always so nice and friendly to me and my dog. I would recommend living here to anyone who wants a great place to live.

    You pay for what you get. Management is HORRIBLE at communicating and enforcing people to perform their job. This is now the THIRD time my trash has went uncollected by the valet trash service. Management then has the audacity to write me a letter saying I will be fined $50 if my trash can is left out. It's left out because it's not being picked up! I'm FORCED to pay $10.95 for the trash service as well. I have no option to discontinue paying for the mediocre services. SAVE YOUR TIME. Look into Canter Chase or Woodbridge if you want to live in the St. Matthews/Lyndon area.

    This is the worst place to live. I highly reccomend saving your money for a different apartment. The staff here are extremely rude and won't help you at all if there is problems. And on top of that they charge way too much for rent, utnitlies and electric all together. If you're late on rent just once they will have you evicted. They won't dismiss it at all because all they care about is getting money.

    We were accused of not picking up after our dog when, in fact, we always pick up. I asked the manager which dog was accused and she couldn't tell me. I was fined $100!!!!!! with no recourse!! Nosey neighbor also was informant for manager and we were accused of too many visitors when, in fact, it was my daughter, her husband and grandkids who came to visit. Would not recommend this place. Because the rent is lower for the area it's managed like a concentration camp.
