these apartments used to be good and cost 680 for 2 rooms back in 2017 until the new management. i put an application in to move out of my parents house and they required to be making about 4k a month, i make more than 4k a month but they told me i was denied because i don't make enough what a joke

This is the most awful place I have ever lived in. For months complained about water running in the walls in the kitchen, nothing was done. Then one day all of this water started backing up in the kitchen sink and the hallway bathroom, greasy thick stinking water with food in it and we dont have garbage disposals. So after that water started pouring from under the washing machine but it was not coming from the machine. I called maintenance and they said they were on the way and never showed up. The carpet was wet and smelly for almost 2 days before they came. I found a homeless man sleeping under the stairwell. People use the buildings as walk-thrus. I found people sitting on the stairwell in front of my apt door smoking drugs and they didn't live in this building. Complaining to the office is useless all they make is empty promises. They turn the water off constantly with no written notice to the tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE!!!

Water is usually shut off at least once a week with no notice. Hot water as well. Had no hat water for 3 days during single digit weather. Unorganized management. Takes a bit to get maintenance over to fix things.

These apartment has been around for a while. And the rent keeps going up and they are not FIXING NOTHING. I've been having a ELECTRIC problem since MAY and it about to be January and I'm still having the same problem. I pay for a dishwasher and DONT have one. I'm just here till my LEASE is up.
