    Nice apartment in safe and secure, calm and peaceful place. Very good communities and neighbours. Good maintenance team. Helpful neighbours. Near to university, etc.

    The management are very responsive. I was very unhappy with the rug situation and they changed the entire floor to make me happy.

    Great quiet community, great in bus distance!! The managers are amazing, very helpful!! Highly recommend if you want a quiet and safe place for your lil ones to play.

    Crestview apartments are nice & you feel right at home, if you have a maintenance issue or any other issues they are on top of it. When I moved into my apartment I was very satisfied with how nice they made everything, to make us feel comfortable.

    Rent is so high and dramatically increased every renewal. Maintenance is very bad.. the buildings are old and even after renovation, they need a lot of work No amenities at all for that high rent
