Beware ROACHES!!! Ive been living here for almost 3 months and their pest control company has come out FIVE times and the issue is unresolved. The company they use does not spray they simply set traps which is not taking care of this issue. Never have I had this issue at any other rental property. Management is fully aware of this disgusting issue yet keeps renting. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!
And whomever is responding to these reviews, dont dare say contact us to address this issue as I have contacted you numerous times, you know my name and face. The only way this issue can be addressed is to either hire a company like all other apartment complexes that will come out and SPRAY on a regular basis until this issue is resolved or let the residents that dont want to live with roaches out their lease and pay ALL COST OF MOVING.
I have nothing to complain about . All properties have pros and cons.This is a beautiful place to live. You can look all around the area and this place is awesome for the location and price. You can tell the management has a deep commitment to providing a living space and community that stands out. While it is never perfect living anywhere, I can truly say that it is great to have an on-site office with staff to reach during 6 out of 7 days of the week if/when I need anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Love my home. I keep it clean and my neighbors are nice.
