    Everything that could have ever gone wrong in a apartment did. Gas leak, flood, caving ceilings, BLACK MOLD, broken ac, SEWER backed up into bath tub, car broken into, paper thin walls, smelly, dirty, no laundry facility. I can go on.

    My first couple years were as you'd expect. Little things here and there but now it's become a nightmare. Staff is rude, uncooperative. Called about a hole in foundation, apparently not an issue! A HOLE in the FOUNDATION is not an issue. I consistently have outside insects find their way INTO my apartment from any place you can think of and rather than check for openings, they just spray diluted bug spray. Last year I had mice! They didn't seal the wall behind my stove and they came in through the wall. And now, after finding the hole behind apartment they won't seal it. So now I'm likely to have them again. Trash from dumpster is everywhere, often times attracting animals(ie Mice, Opposums, Stray cats). Not to mention there are people dumpster diving IN THE DUMPSTER, WEEKLY. I dispose of personal mail, etc elsewhere because I don't know what they're doing with it! Tried to call main office about the issues I was having and was hung up on. I was actually shocked. It's unacceptable, unprofessional, and just plain rude. But that's the way it is here. Unless you're in dire straits, STAY AWAY!!!
